Vassallo Group holds an Engagement Seminar on Customer Care
“The Customer is our business”; was the main theme chosen by Vassallo Group Malta for its 1st seminar of this year. The seminar was organized mainly for the company’s employees who deal directly with customers on a day to day basis.
The Seminar which was held on Thursday the 26th of February, was attended by various employees representing the Group’s Head office, Vassallo Builders, CareMalta, Cateressence, Livelife and Tagliaferro Business Centre.
The event was opened by the Group’s C.E.O. Mr Pio Vassallo. He spoke about the importance of giving one’s utmost towards the clients and understand further their needs, in order for the latter to be satisfied with the service provided by the company.
Ms Ritienne Xerri representing Misco, gave a presentation entitled: “Walk a mile in your customer’s shoes”. She emphasized on the notion that without employees there will be no customers or existing company. She explained that the employees should put themselves in the customers position, in order to further understand the importance of customer service and treatment that should be given individually.
Mr Paul Pace, Quality Assurance Manager at CareMalta, spoke about the importance of one’s image in the place of work. He said that the employee’s image makes a huge impact on the customer and that is why the company’s service should always be given with a smile no matter the circumstances or personal matters that one goes through.
Mr Chris Vassallo, Director of Vassallo Group presented the employees with the future vision of the company. He said that company’s aim is to increase its business and employees to exceed the current employment force of 1,700.
Mr Vassallo said that it is thanks to the company’s employees that in return provide excellent customer services, that Vassallo Group has the ambition, strength and initiative to grow even stronger.
